when are logs considered as valid?

Time logs are valid when recorded within a specified area or the mobile device is connected to an organization's specified network. After pressing [Refresh] button, the [Submit] button will appear Green if the device is within an valid area.


how do our company read timelogs for our devices?

Your organization read logs from the cloud when your device performs synchronization. You do this by performing a Pull-Down of the list of logs in the Today page.


can we delete log records?

Timelogs can be deleted by setting the Allow Remove flag to On in the Settings page. Selecting a record shows a Remove button together with other details. Click that button to delete.

can timelogger work without wifi or a data connection?

The application can work offline and would recognize valid location if your device supports GPS. However, the application works best if wifi or data connection is active to determine the device's current location.

why is microsoft login used to register?

Currently using Microsoft account is more flexible to handle your organizations' email domain to handle automatic association. However, we will incorporate Facebook or Google authentication if significant requests are made.

can we register more than one device?

A user can only use one device per company associated email. You have to contact your organization's HR or administrator when you replace your mobile device.

how can i associate my device to my organization?

Your HR will initiate your email for association. Contact them for your company and employee code. During association, you have to enter those together with a pass key sent to your email.

I can't work out a valid location, what could be wrong?

It could be that you have not associated your email yet to your organization or you have not set the correct permission for Timelogger in your device. Allow Timelogger to access your current location via device settings and make sure that your Location setting is On.

How near should I be at our office for my log to be considered valid?

If validating via GPS, you need to be around 50 meters. Also, your log will be valid if your device is connected to your organization's network beacon.

Does Timelogger share my location in other places?

Timelogger does not share your location even to myPrimeHR database. Shared logs are only tagged as valid or not, and without the location details. Your current location is gathered if and only if you initiated the request. No background location tracking is performed by the application.

What are the official log types considered?

myPrimeHR considers only valid Clock-In and Clock-Out records. However, other types like valid Earlytime and Overtime can be used if after customization. Contact aclt for more details about customizing Timelogger for specific requirements (e.g., field personnel working on extensive locations).

Can user add more log types?

The log types are currently fixed. Categorize the records by putting in details or hashtags in the Remarks field.
